Staff Profiles 

Caroline, Proprietor

Caroline (the proprietor) has been in the hairdressing industry for 23 years and did her training in a local hair salon. Caroline is a fully qualified hairdresser with NVQ level 2 and 3, she is also a qualified assessor with D32 and D33 qualifications, which enables her to train her staff to NVQ level standard.

Caroline currently has 8 members working on her team.

Trudy, (Manageress) full time

Trudy has worked at Hair by Caroline for 6 years and trained at a local salon. Trudy is qualified with NVQ level 2 and 3 and is also our qualified first aider; in the near future she will begin to work towards her assessor qualification so that she can work alongside Caroline training the staff.

Kay, (Manageress) full time

Kay has worked at the salon for 7 years, starting as our Saturday girl she continued to train towards her NVQ level 2. She is about to start training towards a qualification in nail extensions.

Leigh , (stylist) full time

Leigh has worked at the salon for 5 years, starting as our Saturday girl she trained for a NVQ level 2 and is about to commence working towards her NVQ level 3.

Catherine, (stylist) part time

Catherine has worked at the salon for 3 years and is qualified to NVQ level 2.

Chelsea, (apprentice) full time

Chelsea was our Saturday girl for 3 years and has now started full time, she is currently working towards her NVQ level 2.

Alex, (apprentice) full time

Alex has been with us for over a year, and is currently working towards her NVQ level 2.

Jess, (Saturday girl)

Jess is one of our Saturday girls and has worked with us for 5 months.
